- All returns must be shipped within 14 days from the original ship date.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. If any returned items appear to have makeup, deodorant stains, animal hair, smelling of smoke, alcohol, or fragrances, damaged, or is received beyond the 14 days from the order date, the return will not be approved, and no credit or refund will be issued. The merchandise will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for shipping costs.
- Once your return is approved, we will be able to refund your online purchase amount, minus any shipping fees, back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE. Including Cyber Monday sale items.
We do not accept exchanges because our merchandise sells so quickly that we cannot guarantee your requested item/size will be in stock at any given time. Therefore, you must place an order online for the item/size that you want and send the previous item back for a refund.
Shipping your merchandise back to us:

- Include your original packing slip inside your return. Also, include the Return Merchandise Form.
- We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned merchandise. We suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not provide free or pre-paid return shipping.
- All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with refund once we have processed your return.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
- If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving merchandise at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can address the issue.
